Ardnagrath National School Parents Association

We are so delighted to welcome you to our school website. We would like to thank all the staff for all their time and effort in making this happen. It is really fantastic and a great way for parents to be kept up to date on activities, events, achievements and dates for the school calendar.

We are so pleased that the Parents Association have been given their own section. We hope to keep parents up to date on all the Parents Association activities.

The role of Ardnagrath National School Parents Association is to act as the voice of the parents whose children are attending the school.

The primary aim of the Association is to make all parents feel they have a part to play in the school and a contribution in helping to make their child’s years in the school a positive time in their life.

We hope to foster social interaction between parents/guardians to really enhance the school community. Through our fundraising efforts we aim to support the school and add to the school experience for our children.

We would like to invite you to our inaugural 'St. Brigids Brunch & Cake Sale Fundraiser'. This will take place on Sunday 28th January from 11am to 1pm in Drumraney Community Centre. On the day there will be tea, coffee, sandwiches, baked goods, treats and lots more. All donations welcome and your support is appreciated. 

 

 

We hope everyone had a really wonderful Happy Christmas and looking forward to a New Year !

Fundraising Activities

Each year the Parents Association aim to raise funds to support school and enhance the activities throughout the school year for all the children.

This year we had hoped to expand our fundraising efforts to allow for purchase of any necessary equipment and to provide support to activities taking place in the school. Due to covid we have had to cancel the events we had arranged. We hope to try and arrange a fundraising event in the New Year.

We also hope, all going well, to organise some events and social outings during the school year to enhance the community spirit.

We would be delighted if anyone has any ideas for fundraising to please don't hesitate to contact us.
